Delete your Parallel account

You can delete your account whenever you want, with or without the app. This applies to the web and to the Parallel app for iPhone and Android.
01From the app
Open Settings → Delete account, type your email to confirm and tap Delete. It happens at once.
02From the web
Sign in at getparallel.net, go to Settings → Account and use Delete this account.
03By email
If you can't sign in, write to info@velorastudio.agency from the address of your account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm within 30 days.
04What is deleted
Your account, missions, plans, deliverables, connections to other services (they are revoked), files and notification tokens. Any subscription is cancelled. Invoices are kept for as long as Spanish law requires.
