Before you decide

What exactly is a Parallel Action?: One unit of agent work tied to something you can name — researching a company, drafting a message, producing an audit. You see the cost of a step before it runs and where every Action went afterwards. Tokens are an implementation detail and are never shown.
What happens when I run out of Actions?: Agents stop before starting anything that would exceed your balance, and you are offered an action pack or an upgrade. Nothing is lost: the mission pauses rather than failing, and resumes as soon as the balance allows.
Can I really run a full mission on Free?: Yes. One active mission, one complete plan per month, up to three agents, plans up to seven days and a working Mission Control. What Free does not include is automatic external actions — agents prepare everything and you perform the send.
Do unused Actions roll over?: Your monthly allowance resets each period. Purchased action packs do not expire while your subscription is active, and are only consumed once the monthly allowance is spent.
What counts as an active mission?: A mission that has been activated and has not been completed or archived. Drafts and completed missions do not count against the limit, so you can plan freely.
Can I change plan mid-cycle?: Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and your Action allowance is raised straight away. Downgrades apply at the end of the current period so nothing in flight is interrupted.
