03What is offered here

Parallel is software provided over the internet as a subscription. It turns an objective into a plan, builds a team of AI agents and runs work inside the applications you connect. What the service covers, and what it does not, is set out in the Terms.

Agents act with the permissions each user configures. What they may do without review, and who is responsible for it, is set out in the Terms.

04Prices and taxes

Prices are shown in euros on the pricing page. The amount shown before you confirm a payment is the total charged, and any tax that applies is detailed on the invoice.

A subscription renews for the same period until it is cancelled, and it can be cancelled at any time from the account, taking effect at the end of the period already paid for.

05Intellectual property

The Parallel name and logo, the software and the texts of this website belong to the holder or are used under licence. What you create with Parallel is yours, as the Terms explain.

06Applicable law

Spanish law applies. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the law of the country where you live, and you can go to the consumer authorities or the courts of your place of residence. Before that, write to us: most things can be sorted out by email.
