Refunds and withdrawal

01Your right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have 14 calendar days from the day you take out a plan or buy an Action pack to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason.

02If you asked for the service to start at once

Before you pay, Parallel asks you to tick a box requesting that the service start straight away, within those 14 days. That way you can use what you paid for from the first minute.

If you then withdraw within the 14 days, we refund what you paid minus the part of the service already provided up to the day you tell us, calculated in proportion to the period (for a subscription) or to the Actions used (for a pack).

Once the service has been provided in full, the right of withdrawal ends: for example, an Action pack whose Actions have all been used.

03How to withdraw

Write to info@velorastudio.agency from the email address of your account, saying that you withdraw and which plan or pack it concerns. A clear sentence is enough; you can also use the model form at the end of this page. It is enough to send it before the 14 days are over.

04When and how we refund

Without undue delay and within 14 days at most of receiving your decision, using the same payment method you used, and at no cost to you. If you had a subscription, we also cancel it so that it does not renew.

05Cancelling a subscription is not the same as withdrawing

You can cancel your subscription at any time in Settings, Subscription. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for: you keep your plan until then and nothing more is charged. Cancelling after the 14 days does not refund the current period, unless the service failed on our side.

06If something fails on our side

If Parallel does not work as described, you have the legal guarantee rights for digital services: we will fix it and, if we cannot, we will reduce the price or refund you in proportion. Write to info@velorastudio.agency and tell us what happened.

07Companies and professionals

The right of withdrawal is a consumer right, so it does not apply if you buy for your business or profession. Even so, if something did not go as expected, write to us and we will look at it.

08Model withdrawal form

Fill it in and send it only if you want to withdraw from the contract:

• To: Jose Manuel Sánchez-Cervera Rodríguez, Calle Medina Azahara 4, 41807 Espartinas (Sevilla), España, info@velorastudio.agency.
• I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the provision of the following service: (plan or Action pack).
• Ordered on: (date).
• Name of the consumer and email address of the account.
• Address of the consumer.
• Signature (only if sent on paper) and date.
