| Agent | An AI team member of a mission, with their role and tools. |
| Approval | Something an agent wants to do and waits for your go-ahead. |
| Connector | The connection to an external app (Gmail, Slack, HubSpot…). See Connectors. |
| Diagnosis | How Parallel sees your situation before proposing the plan. |
| Deliverable | What a mission produces: a text, a list, a report, a website. |
| Phase | Each of the six blocks in which a plan is presented. |
| Force | How hard the AI thinks: Instant, Balanced, High or Maximum. |
| Informed | A piece of data no one has checked with an integration. |
| KPI | The number the mission wants to move. |
| Mission | A goal with its plan, team and number. |
| Permission mode | How your agents work: Always ask, Everything except or Nothing except. |
| Action Pack | Extra actions bought without changing plan. |
| Step | A task in the plan, with day, owner and status. |
| Plan | The recommended path to the goal, by days. |
| Activity log | The list of everything each agent has done in a mission. |
