Get started

First mission in 5 minutes

From a new account to your agents working, step by step.

1. Create your account

Go to getparallel.net/signup with your email or one of the accounts offered on the screen, like Google. The Free plan does not require a card.

When you enter for the first time, Parallel asks you a few short questions to get to know you. The first is which language we speak: from that moment, everything appears in your language. Then it asks your name, what you do, how much time you have per week, and how you want to work:

  • Check with me: the agents ask you first.
  • Work alongside me: a middle ground.
  • Run with it: more autonomy.

You can change your choice later in Settings → Your account → Manage permissions.

2. Write your objective

In New there is an empty box, Your objective. Write what you want to achieve, including a number and a deadline if you have them.

Below you can choose:

  • How hard should it think?: how much the AI thinks. It starts at Instant. Higher levels use more Actions. See Strengths.
  • Deadline in days: at most, the longest plan of your plan (7 days on Free).

Press Plan it.

3. Answer the questions

Parallel only asks what it needs to plan well, with one-tap answers. Then it shows you a diagnosis: how it sees your situation and what path it recommends.

4. Review the plan and launch it

The plan comes in six phases, with steps by days. Each step says if it’s done by an agent or you. Before launching, Parallel shows you by name the actions the mission will do outside Parallel (send an email, create an event…) so you can approve them once. Spending money is never included in that approval: it’s always asked separately.

You also choose what happens when the agents finish a day: carry on with the next day or stop and wait for me.

Press Make it real.

5. Watch them work

Inside the mission:

  • Agents: what they do and what they are waiting for from you. Here you approve, reject, or send back with a comment.
  • Progress: the bar and the six phases.
  • Results: deliverables, estimated cost, and spent.
  • Activity log: everything each agent has done.

When an agent needs you, you get a notification in the bell and by email. See Notifications.

Next

  • Concepts: mission, plan, steps, agents, approvals, and Actions.
  • Connect apps: so agents can work in your Gmail, calendar, or CRM.
