Create a mission

Everything that happens between writing a goal and seeing the agents working.

From New

Open New in the menu. It’s an empty box: Your objective.

  1. Write the goal. If you have connected apps, you can mention them with @ so the plan includes them.
  2. Choose the strength (what it is).
  3. If you want, set a deadline in days. The maximum depends on your plan:

  1. Press Plan it.

The questions

Parallel only asks what it needs to avoid guessing: who you sell to, what you’ve already tried, what you have. Most are answered with a tap.

Your team might also ask for materials: your logo, a document, a client list. What you upload stays in the mission.

The diagnosis and the plan

Before the plan, Parallel shows you how it sees the situation. Then comes the plan, in six phases with steps by day. For each step you’ll see:

  • What is done and what it leaves (the deliverable).
  • Who does it: an agent or you.
  • If it needs your approval before leaving Parallel.

Approving what it will do outside

Before launching, Parallel lists by name the actions the mission will do in your apps (sending emails, creating events, posting…). You accept them once for that mission.

The pace

Choose what happens when the agents finish a day:

  • Carry on with the next day: they don’t wait for the calendar.
  • Stop and wait for me: they pause until you say.

Launch

Press Make it real. From that moment the mission is active and you see it in Missions.

After

  • Duplicate: copies the mission for a similar goal.
  • Repeat on a schedule: the mission is recreated every day, week, or month if your plan allows it (see the “missions that repeat” row in Plans).
  • Share read-only link: to show it to someone without giving access to your account.
  • Cancel: from the same ⋯ menu.
