Connect apps
How to give your agents access to Gmail, your calendar, your CRM and many more apps, and how to remove it.
Agents work much better inside your tools: reading your calendar, preparing an email in your Gmail, adding a client to your CRM. For that, you connect the app once, from Connections.
Two ways to connect

Today you can connect 152 apps: 28 by logging in and 124 with a key. The full list, with what the agent can do in each, is at Connectors.
Step by step
- Open Connections in the menu.
- Find the app and click Connect.
- If it’s by login, accept on the app’s screen. If it’s by key, paste it; the card tells you where to get it.
- You return to Parallel with the app connected. The card shows what the agent can do and with which account.

What each status means
| On the card | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Connect | Ready to connect. |
| Almost ready | The connector is done and we just need to finish its registration with the app. You don’t need to do anything. |
| Off, with reason | The app doesn’t allow this integration (closed API, license or contract). We show it so you know. |
| Limited | The app gave fewer permissions than requested. The card says which are missing. |
Use an app in a mission
Mention it with @ in the objective, or let the plan choose it. Agents only use the tools their role needs, and anything outside goes through your approvals.
Disconnect
In Connections, open the app and disconnect it. Parallel revokes access and deletes what was saved from that connection. Keys and tokens are stored encrypted and never shown to you again after saving.
