Frequently Asked Questions

The most common questions about Parallel, with short answers.

Is Parallel free?

There is a Free plan with no card required, offering 1 active mission and 250 Actions per month. Paid plans start at €23 per month. See Plans.

Can agents do things without me knowing?

It depends on your permission mode, and partly on Always ask. Spending money always requires confirmation, regardless of mode, and everything is recorded in the mission activity log. In Free, any action outside Parallel will ask you first. See How Parallel protects you.

What happens if I run out of Actions?

Agents stop before the step that would exceed your limit, the mission is paused and resumes automatically when you renew, buy a package, or upgrade your plan. Nothing is lost. See Actions.

Do unused Actions roll over to the next month?

No. The monthly quota resets each period. Purchased packages are saved as long as your subscription is active.

Can I choose any strength in Free?

Yes. All strengths are available in all plans. The only limit is how many Actions you have left.

What apps can I connect?

Currently, you can connect 152, including Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Drive. The full list is at Connectors.

Does Parallel train its AI with my data?

No. This is stated in the Privacy Policy.

What languages does it support?

Eight: English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Italian, Dutch, and Japanese. See Languages.

Are prices VAT inclusive?

Yes, all prices include VAT. See Billing.

How do I cancel?

Go to Settings → Subscription. Your plan remains active until the end of the paid period, then you switch to Free.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Account → Delete this account. See Privacy and data.

Is there a mobile app?

You can add Parallel to your home screen from the browser. The native app is in testing. See Mobile app.

What is parx?

Parallel’s scheduling agent for the terminal. It is in testing. See parx.

Can I make a mistake when approving?

What you approve is exactly what runs, once. If something changes afterwards, it will ask again. Higher-risk actions require extra confirmation.
