Connectors
Connectors
The apps your agents can work with, what the agent can do in each one, and how they connect.
A connector links Parallel with an app you already use. With it, an agent can read what the mission needs and, with your permission, act: prepare an email in your Gmail, create an event, add a contact in your CRM.
This list comes directly from Parallel's connector registry, the same one you see in Connections: if a connector changes, it changes here.
By category
| Category | Connectors | Can connect today |
|---|---|---|
| Communication | 32 | 26 |
| Productivity | 53 | 40 |
| Publishing | 22 | 12 |
| Development | 13 | 11 |
| Sales | 37 | 30 |

| Finance | 30 | 22 |
How they connect
- You log into the app (OAuth): you click Connect, accept on the app's screen, and return. Parallel never sees your password.
- You paste a key: you copy an API key from the app. Parallel checks it with the app before saving it, and stores it encrypted.
- You link your account: for Telegram, you open the Parallel bot and press Start. No credentials of yours are saved.

What each status means
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Available | Can be connected today. |
| Almost ready | The connector is made and we need to finish its registration with the app. You don’t have to do anything. |
| Not available | The app does not allow this integration: closed API, license or contract access. We show it with its reason so it’s clear. |
What the agent can do
- Read only: reads the data a mission requests. Does not change anything.
- Read and act: can also make changes, always within your permissions and approvals.
What's new
New connectors arrive every week. They appear in the New section of Connections for 7 days. The list by dates is at What's new.
