Parallel in eight languages, and the language your agents write in.
The eight languages

How to choose it
- At the start: it’s the first question in the welcome. From that moment, everything appears in your language.
- Later: in Settings → Preferences. It applies as soon as you click, no need to save.
Your language is saved in your account, so it stays the same on any device.
What language do agents write in
- What they write to you (plans, questions, summaries) is in your account’s language.
- What they write for someone else is in that person’s language. An email to a restaurant in Seville will be in Spanish even if your account is in Japanese.

The public website and these docs also exist in all eight languages, each with its own address: getparallel.net/es/docs, getparallel.net/de/docs… Change language with the selector at the top.
