What Parallel knows about you
Your business memory: what Parallel remembers, where it gets it from, and how to correct or delete it.
In Settings → What Parallel knows you’ll find everything Parallel remembers about you and your business. New plans and teams start from what’s on this page, so you don’t have to repeat it in every mission.
Your business
A profile that works for all your missions:
| Field | Example |
|---|---|
| Name and what you sell | Turnea, booking app for hair salons |
| Price | 29 per month per salon, 14-day trial |
| Clients and area | Hair salons and barbershops in Madrid |
| Tone | Friendly, informal, no jargon |
What you answer inside a mission overrides the profile.
What it remembers
Loose notes: what you add yourself (“I never send emails on Sundays”) and what Parallel learns when closing a mission. Each note shows where it comes from:
- You said it
- Learned by Parallel when closing “mission name”
- Learned by Parallel
You can edit or delete any note. There is a maximum number of notes; if you reach it, delete one to add another.
In your missions
What you answered inside each mission. It only applies to that mission unless you click Use in all.
Pausing memory
With Use memory off, Parallel neither uses nor learns anything from this page. What you answer inside a mission still applies to that mission.
