Privacy and data

What the AI sees, where your data is stored, your rights, and how to delete your account.

What the AI sees

To plan and work, the AI receives what the mission needs: your objective, your answers, what is in What Parallel knows about you, and what the agents read in the apps you connected for that mission. Nothing more.

  • We do not train AI models with your data.
  • Anything you mark as private in your memory never goes to free AI providers.
  • With Google, Parallel complies with Google's Limited Use policy for your Google services data.

Where your data is

  • The database is in the European Union (Ireland).
  • The web hosting and AI providers are in the United States, with the guarantees required by GDPR (standard contractual clauses or the Data Privacy Framework).
  • The full list of providers, with their country, is in subprocessors.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe: your card never passes through Parallel.

Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object, restrict, and portability, and to withdraw your consent. How to exercise them, and who to contact, is in the Privacy Policy. The supervisory authority in Spain is the AEPD.

Delete your account

You do it yourself, no need to write to anyone:

  1. Go to Settings → Account.
  2. At the bottom, under Your account, click Delete this account.
  3. Enter your email to confirm.

When you delete it:

  • If you have a paid plan, it cancels immediately and will not renew.
  • Connected apps are revoked.
  • Your files, missions, plans, and data are deleted.
  • Invoices are kept as long as required by tax law, and the record that you accepted the terms is also retained.

Minimum age

To use Parallel you must be at least 14 years old, or the minimum age in your country if higher. For a paid plan, you must be an adult or have permission from your mother, father, or guardian.

Cookies

Parallel only uses the cookies necessary to function (session, language, preferences) and an optional one to measure campaigns, which is only set if you accept it. There are no advertising cookies. Details in Cookies.
